PDP360 is a premium training platform for athletes willing to work and families prepared to invest in their development. Joining requires commitment from both.
Players must arrive ready to concentrate, accept correction, repeat fundamentals, and persist when training becomes difficult. We welcome athletes with weaknesses. Addressing them is the purpose of training. An unwillingness to make the effort is a different matter.
Ability earns attention. Attitude determines what we can build together. We expect players to respect their coaches, support those training alongside them, and take responsibility for their preparation.
Families must understand that quality has a cost. Our pricing reflects the coaching, attention, and standards we commit to delivering. If the priority is finding the cheapest session or keeping a child occupied, PDP360 is the wrong fit. Families should expect purposeful instruction and clear communication about progress in return for their investment.
Every PDP360 coach is a current player or a former player with experience at a high level. That experience is our starting requirement. Coaches must also complete our internal training and earn PDP360 authorization before working with our athletes. Playing credentials alone do not qualify someone to teach within our platform.
Our coach preparation methods remain proprietary. Families receive visibility into their athlete’s development, while our responsibility is to deliver consistent standards on the field.
We also expect parents to support the process when it becomes demanding. Questions are welcome. Attempts to remove every challenge undermine the commitment required to improve.
Come prepared to invest, listen, and work. We will hold ourselves to the same seriousness we expect from you.
